Subscription

You can always find the current Subscription Fees posted at http://www.myproducer.tv/filmmakers-details/ which is accessible when you are logged in.  Your subscription will continue and renew automatically, unless terminated by myProducer. Monthly or similar period Subscriptions, will be billed automatically to the credit card designated during the registration process for the Site or subsequently designated by you to myProducer, at the start of the monthly or similar period, and at the start of each renewal period, unless you terminate your subscription before the relevant period begins.

You agree to pay or have paid all fees and charges incurred in connection with your myProducer ID and password for the Site at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. All fees and charges incurred in connection with your myProducer ID and password will be billed to the credit card designated during the registration process for the Site or subsequently designated by you to myProducer. If you want to designate a different credit card or there is a change in credit card validity or expiration date, or if you believe someone has accessed the Site using your myProducer ID and password without your authorization, please e-mail myProducer at info@myproducer.tv.

Cancellation Policy

If you have purchased a Serious Filmmaker or Professional Filmmaker Membership that is auto-renewing on the myProducer site, and would like to cancel your subscription, please email info@myproducer.tv. A myProducer team member will deactivate your membership as quickly as possible after receiving notification.

Refund Policy

The following Refund Policy applies to all paid myProducer Subscription Services, both for Serious Filmmakers and Professional Filmmakers. All Memberships, Free and Paid, are bound by the Terms of Use for the myProducer.tv site.

Start-up Fee: This applies only to Professional Filmmakers. It is a non-refundable, one-time fee, paid at the start of your membership.

Monthly Subscriptions: This applies to Serious and Professional Filmmakers. Monthly Renewing Subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your monthly renewing membership at any time during the month. If you choose this option, your subscription will expire 30 days from the last payment. Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded. Cancellations should be done by notifying myProducer by e-mail at info@myproducer.tv or by phone at 212-627-3439.

myProducer reserves the right to revise the terms of this Refund Policy. Any changes made will apply to all memberships created or renewed after the date such change was implemented.
