Film Lovers – This is a member-at-large that consist of the general film viewing public that will enjoy the interaction and consumption of film and film related content through myProducer.
Producers – This is the film lover that wants to take the next step in participating in the film business by contributing a small amount of money to become an honorary producer of a film project and is granted various insights and value for participating.
Professional Filmmakers are able to enlist thousands of individuals interested in being part of their project to provide creative insight, financial contributions and marketing support helping the community at large take an active role in producing entertainment projects.

myProducer Membership Privileges
A member is the starting point for all individuals who want to participate within the myProducer network. By becoming a member, individuals will be able to create their own personal profile and use the site as a social networking tool to manage their network of friends, create blogs, manage events, join groups, post comments, and participate in other community related areas. A member can upload images, video, and audio files to share with their friends and the general community.
Filmmakers
There are 3 levels of filmmaker, each with its own set of rewards.
A filmmaker will be able to set up a profile and a project through the site. The project will allow for various forms of content to be uploaded into the specific project including Video, Audio, PDF (Scripts), and photo imagery. Once a project is set up for free by the filmmaker it is available for the general member population within the site to view and rate their opinion of the project. The filmmaker will also be provided with multiple tools in order to generate content within the project including forums, blogs, event management, video and file archiving, crew and member management, etc.
Hobbyist Filmmaker Become a Hobbyist Filmmaker Now
A member that creates a project will automatically be upgraded to a Free Hobbyist Filmmaker. As a Hobbyist Filmmaker, you can now invite other users to come look at, and interact with their projects and are able to upload videos and audio files, create blogs and build a network built around the project itself.
Serious Filmmaker Become a Serious Filmmaker Now
A Hobbyist Filmmaker has the option of upgrading their account to become a Serious Filmmaker. A Serious Filmmaker has all the benefits of a Hobbyist Filmmaker, but also has the ability to invite other members to belong to the project’s Crew, allowing them to work collaboratively with you on your projects.
As a Serious Filmmaker, you are also given access to the tool sets to manage the business side of the production through the use of a private area accessible only to those they designate as their crew. Serious Filmmakers also have the ability to designate uploaded content as Private which is only accessible by your project Crew.
Here’s an Example: A Serious Filmmaker can share videos of actors with their casting director in LA, see images and videos from their location scout in Toronto, see daily updates from their screenwriters in Maine and watch dailies with various stakeholders at the end of a hard day of shooting. The possibilities to communicate and collaborate with all of your crew are endless.
Professional Filmmaker Become a Professional Filmmaker Now
A Serious Filmmaker is given the option to upgrade to the highest level on myProducer:Professional Filmmaker. The Professional Filmmaker has all of the benefits that a Serious Filmmaker shares, but is able to take their projects to the next level.
A Professional Filmmaker is able to not only communicate and collaborate with all of their crew, but is able to raise and receive funds through other users who have chosen to become Producers. Professional Filmmakers can invite other users to contribute to the project, becoming Producers, and officially join the ranks as part of the project’s Crew. Becoming a Professional Filmmaker puts the complete power of myProducer in your hands giving you the ability to fully take advantage of all the tools and resources that myProducer has to offer. How do I become a Producer?

The user decides that they would like to be involved in the project, so they request to Become a Producer on the project’s page. The user then donates an amount of money towards the project’s production, and once they do, they become an official Producer for that project and automatically become part of the Crew. It’s that easy!
