Description:	In 1998 a Nigerian war criminal murdered 24 people at a charity event in Johannesburg. Only one man survived the attack. A police officer, who was shot and took a blow to the head and now suffers from amnesia. 12 Years later, he starts to remember. After arresting the war criminal, war broke out in the city. The retired police officer decides to take the war criminal hostage and make him tell the truth.
